Special Interest Groups
Digital Content Knowledge Network - Special Interest Groups - The network identified Special Interest Groups, for broadcasting, gaming, health and assitive living, mobility and on-line communities. The Steering Group and Community also recommended additional SIGs to address and contribute to broader societal challenges and opportunities facing the UK, such as digital inclusion, e-accessibility and usability, an ageing society and e-government transformation. To have impact and success, these groups will require the collaboration and fusion of three strands of core technology - digital production, software and enabling technologies.
